To renew your Heartsaver Instructor Credentials, you will be monitored teaching a Heartsaver course by BLS/Heartsaver Training Faculty.  

You will submit the following paperwork in addition to being monitored: 

• Instructor/Training Faculty Renewal Checklist 

• Current Provider Card 

• Photo ID 

• Monitoring Form – provided by Training Faculty
